People were incredibly kind to us as we collected secondhand handbags and toiletries for gender-based violence victims. Sadly, this violence is on the increase right here in our community.

We dropped off 45 pre-packed bags, which ladies receive when they arrive at the police station or hospital. They can then take the bags with them when they are transported to a shelter. These packs give them their own personal products, as well as dignity.

We plan to continue supporting this worthy cause throughout 2025.
